We know many people have limited time here in
Hawaii to experience a Luau. For this reason,
the Luau runs in rain or shine.
Our
reservations department will contact you if
there is a cancellation due to weather. See
cancellation policy.
You can enter the last names of any parties or separate reservations that you are joining at the Luau if you would like to be seated together. If you have already made your reservation and need to add this request, please email us at [email protected] or send us a live chat message here on the site!
We do! Guests can opt for vegetarian option alternatives when purchasing tickets at no extra cost.
We understand that plans change. To allow you to book with confidence, same-day cancellations for any reason will be accepted for a full refund up to the start of the luau (5:00p). No shows can be rescheduled free of charge, but not refunded.
